ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

Intended for children 3 to 5 years old, the Colorful Picture Book Series uses picture books to help kids take their first step into the world of art. In this activity, art educator Wang Xuan will use games to help kids better understand how the shapes and figures in picture books work. Afterward, she will teach them how to make their own figurines out of clay.

The UCCA Colorful Picture Book Series uses picture books to help children understand how art and illustration can enrich their lives. Through these activities, kids will learn how to use art to express themselves.
