Deputy Director of UCCA You Yang, will be introducting Liu Zhizhi and Guang Yu’s studio to fifteen students majoring in art and design. In this workshop, students will have the opportunity to look at the artist’s daily practice, as well as gain a deeper understanding of his working style, critical approaches, and aesthetic sensibilities.
About Audi Arts and Design Award

Liu Zhizhi is one of China’s leading graphic designers. He has won multiple awards for his work, including merit awards from the Tokyo Art Directors Club and the Art Directors Club, New York, as well as the highest award from the “Rong” graphic design competition, Japan. He has been invited to participate in numerous international graphic design exhibitions, including the 2005 and 2007 “Get it Louder” exhibitions; the 2007 “7080 Invitational Exhibition of Young Graphic Designers”; and he was also curator for the “Two Blocs – East & West” German Designer Invitational Exhibition.
