UCCA TOUCHING CHINA SERIES: HISTORICAL RELICS

2013.5.26
10:00 - 11:30

Location:  UCCA Salon
Language:  In Chinese Only

ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

Antiques and historical artifacts found buried underground are rarely as bright and colorful as the things we have today. Our speaker Ji Chao will be showing participants that you don’t have to have shiny toys and Technicolor cartoons to have fun, and that old things have a charm of their own.

From the “Jiong” character (囧) on pottery of the Warring States period, to an ‘Angry Bird’ or two on bronze ware from the Spring and Autumn period, Ji Chao will be introducing fun facts about 20 historical artifacts to the audience.

UCCA Touching China Series
