ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

Last year, Ji Chao introduced UCCA Family & School event participants to Chinese Archery. Returning to pick up where he left off, this time Ji Chao demonstrates and explains the link between archery, a noble spirit (“junzi”), and traditional Chinese moral codes.

UCCA Touching China Series:

This series gives children the opportunity to explore traditional Chinese culture. Looking at things ranging from classical poems to ancient festival customs, participants can learn about the past and the many different ways of living that went before.
