UCCA Children’s Artist Workshop: Extraordinary Design

2013.10.4
10:00 - 11:30

Location:  UCCA Salon
Language:  In Chinese Only

About This Program

The word "design" is often misunderstood: many think the more hi-tech a material is, the better a product’s design. In fact, soil was the very first “design” material, and hands are the designer’s most commonly used tools. With these two simple elements, we can better understand the true origins of design. In this activity, children will gain a better understanding of the world and release their creative potential.

UCCA Children’s Artist Workshop

These workshops provide an opportunity for families to learn about contemporary art and for children to develop their artistic talents in the company of leading artists. Children’s workshops are organized in conjunction with UCCA exhibitions.
