What can be done with a box? French artist Marcel Duchamp filled a series of boxes with reproductions of his own artworks, his famous “Boite-en-valise,” or box in a valise. Chinese artist Yin Xiuzhen meanwhile has used suitcases as the basis for her artworks, creating ‘portable cities’. Instead of throwing unused boxes out with the trash, this time why not turn yours into an artwork with the help of Yin Xiuzhen.
