ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

Widely regarded as one of the world's leading contemporary art magazines, Parkett works closely with the most important artists and writers of our time to provide exclusive works and insightful texts. Each issue is a collaborative project, thus the collected editions create a large library and a small museum – a comprehensive survey of contemporary artistic creation. In conjunction with Parkett's first exhibition in China, UCCA has also published a bilingual catalogue raisonné, featuring the complete works made by 192 artists for the magazine since the magazine's inception in 1984.

UCCA is pleased to host a roundtable conversation with Parkett 's co-founders, Dieter von Graffenried, Jacqueline Burckhardt, and Bice Curiger, and Pu Hong, art critic and contributor to the catalogue. UCCA director Philip Tinari will moderate this discussion on Parkett's unique approach to working with artists and exploring fresh perspectives on contemporary art.
