Location:  UCCA Workshop
Language:  Chinese

Have you ever wanted to know the way others see you? Join UCCA on a guided tour of “Michael Chow: Voice for My Father” to discover just that. Featured in this exhibition are portraits of Michael Chow by celebrity artists Andy Warhol, Michel Basquiat, Keith Haring, Julian Schnabel, and Peter Blake, each utilizing an unique individual style.

During the workshop, thirty members are invited to break up into groups of two. In a short period, individuals must introduce themselves to their partner. From these introductions, each party must create a portrait of their partner using clay, markers, canvas, or magazine clippings. After the portraits are completed, everyone will attempt to guess the personality and occupation of the painted figures.

The goal of the event is to develop self-introduction skills as well as creative capacities.
