Ploddy the Police Car is assigned to guard the biggest attraction in the brand new Eagle Park in Bodo—an endangered eagle mother and her egg. However, when two female thieves steal the eagle mother, Ploddy ends up hatching the egg under his hood, becoming a lot busier than planned. The fact that his police officer Richard falls in love with one of the thieves does not help either.
