UCCA Art Cinema will launch a new series Filmmaker in Focus, presenting established contemporary Chinese filmmaker's work with full retrospective and holding discussion with filmmaker in person.

This month, Lou Ye and his five representative films were presented firstly in this series. March 25th, in Filmmaker Forum, we will invite Lou Ye and Zeng Jian (cinematographer, editor) to discuss “Lou Ye’s Approach to Filmmaking”, moderated by Professor Zhang Xianmin (Beijing Film Academy).

This event is organized by Dream Author and Ullens Center For Contemporary Art.
