University students’ I –Mart is one of the most successful activities of BICT. Students’ works have been presented and sold in the fifth and sixth Cultural & Creative Industry Expo. A large number of the works received the gold medal in the first “creative star” university students competition in 2011.These works include original design, hands-on creation, and creative works which cover a variety of categories, including embroidery, batik, clay sculpture, flower arranging, traditional crafts, etc.

During the BICT Month at UCCA, these students will lend their creativity and their course knowledge to design a cloth-collage art with the kids.

Cloth collage is a kind of decorative art, based on cloth and created by cutting. It is a combination of art and craft .making full use of the color, lines, and texture of the cloth, and through cutting and tearing to produce abstract images and unique colours .
