UCCA Beijing

Artist-led Public Programming: Open Access Open Call

2018.2.7 - 2018.3.31

Community Initiatives

Open Access is a new initiative at UCCA, inviting artists to collaborate with UCCA Public Programs Department to develop public programs that offer new modes of engagement for visitors, and reach out to underserved communities lacking regular access to art. Together, we will be exploring the possibility of artistic interventions in the Center, enriching visitor experience, and expanding public access to art.

Three times a year, UCCA Public Programs Department will accept proposals from individual artists, artist collectives, and not-for-profit independent art spaces for one-off or series of public programs. Accepted applications will receive funding according to the proposed budgets, and work directly with UCCA Public Programs Department for implementation.
